- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technology related sales, business development, or channel sales at a B2B software company.
- Experience with people management within a channel sales team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building strategic go-to-market partnerships with enterprise Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
- Experience managing a team through business processes, operations and career development, including account mapping, quota setting, quarterly and annual performance management, and managing sensitive information.
- Experience working with, and managing, complex business scenarios with multiple parties with differing goals.
- Experience piloting, launching, and scaling partner business campaigns in the enterprise IT space.
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions through Cloud Marketplaces.
- Experience creating new business motions to scale best practices.
