- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, and/or product marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, including senior executives and product or engineering teams.
- Data-driven marketing experience driving A/B testing and optimization, and analyzing metrics and user insights to strategize, develop and optimize campaigns.
- Experience launching marketing solutions and testing channels to reach key audiences.
- Experience creating marketing campaigns through creative, design and copywriting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering closely with multiple product and engineering counterparts to develop new marketing capabilities and influence decisions.
- Mobile, e-commerce, and/or digital entertainment experience.
- Experience designing from scratch, then launching and scaling out global programs that drive conversions.
- SEO and Social Marketing channels experience.
- Deep interest in the behavioral economics behind user decisions, as well as market-specific needs and nuances.
