Responsibilities:

• Work as a development team member to assist with the evaluation of Pega modules and their relevance and suitability for the organization
• Work as part of a development team to assess the client’s organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Pega-based solutions tailored to the client
• Participate as a development resource in execution of iterative releases of Pega-based applications driven by the program
• Perform analysis, design and change management, as needed by individual projects
• Support business-need assessments and Pega solution implementations tailored to fit organizational needs
• Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
• Experience in a customer–facing role, understanding business need and solving complex problems, is beneficial
• Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
• Coordination with Pega technical support

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-7 years of work experience with Pega Systems and development of Pega-based solutions. (version v8.x and above)
• Experience with Pega DevOps is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and working experience in remote teams
• Experience using Azure DevOps, and/or working on a Scrum team is a plus (Jira also nice to have)

Nice to have:

• Constellation UI experience
• Pega Certified System Senior Architect Certification (CSSA)
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics
