Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leads the planning and delivery of key people practices, including talent and performance management.
- Leverages data insights to identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement.
- Coaches and develops leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth.
- Analyzes organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability, providing consultation on how the organizational structure aligns with strategy and objective.
- Provides continual feedback to understand and predict the implications of HR approaches and policies.
- Leads change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes.
- Builds consensus among stakeholders, including executive leadership, on new ideas and strategies.
- Collaborates on cross-functional initiatives that support People & Places priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role partnering with senior-level executives on developing people strategies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a metrics-driven approach.
- Expertise in leveraging analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change.
- Ability to synthesize complex situations into actionable insights for business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Change management expertise, especially in scaling organizations or during transformation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
