In this role you will be responsible to lead a team of Executive Administrative staff nationally in support of a national business within Commercial Banking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Administrative Assistants nationally
  • Provide strategic reviews, changes to business coverage and proactive communication to business leadership to ensure support is appropriately aligned to business priorities
  • Hire and develop top talent and manage the governance of core business processes
  • Independently own all facets of the performance management process, recommendations to ensure all firm requirements are completed thoroughly and timely
  • Proactively contribute thought leadership to improve the platform
  • Drive and lead projects and initiatives for the Administrative Management team
  • Preform Marketing Intake Tracking

  • Application Skills- Strong presentations skills and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
