Technology is changing incredibly fast. The criminals know it, and they are taking advantage. We know it too.

In this position, you will:

  • Success Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to customer objectives, metrics, and timelines.
  • Executive Reviews: Lead executive business reviews with key stakeholders, reviewing past performance and setting future goals.
  • Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Platform Expertise: Deeply understand and communicate the benefits of our product offerings to various public sector entities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and end-users, advocating for customer needs within our organization.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback through surveys and Voice of the Customer initiatives, sharing insights with product, R&D, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Metrics and Trends: Monitor customer health using data-driven insights, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Compliance and Security: Maintain necessary security clearances and stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer success or account management, with experience in supporting government/public sector solutions. ( National security, national intelligence, or law enforcement agencies)
  • Technical Acumen: Proven experience with both SaaS and on-premises solutions, capable of explaining complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Hebrew Native level - MUST – English –High/Professional level
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems and offer creative solutions.
  • Ability to travel abroad (2-3 times per quarter)
