Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.
Experience in writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents and statements of work for professional services engagements, or other agreements for technology services.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
5 years of experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft complex customer agreements for large technology services businesses.
Experience advising on the legal implications of contract terms and conditions.
Knowledge of financial modeling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g. Salesforce), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
