Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with compound semiconductor process technology.
- 5 years of experience of management in semiconductor development and manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with semiconductor research and development, manufacturing environments, including commonly used process control methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), and in transition to manufacturing.
- Experience with semiconductor materials and device technologies, especially at manufacturing scale.
- Experience with semiconductor process tooling, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to be self-supporting and have attention to detail, with excellent communication skills.
