Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with compound semiconductor process technology.
5 years of experience of management in semiconductor development and manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with semiconductor research and development, manufacturing environments, including commonly used process control methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), and in transition to manufacturing.
Experience with semiconductor materials and device technologies, especially at manufacturing scale.
Experience with semiconductor process tooling, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Ability to be self-supporting and have attention to detail, with excellent communication skills.
