To be successful in this role you will need to be able to influence and work with stakeholders across multiple organizations and geographies. You will work with organizations such as Worldwide (WW) Engineering and Design, WW Tech SME, Last Mile Delivery and Tech as well as Operations and Safety to innovate at scale and drive the development roadmap. You will manage network level process improvement initiatives, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of RSR delivery station.Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the next generation of RSR Delivery Stations.
- Drive process improvement and AZML-RSR Parity to enable cost reduction, speed and capacity improvement for the network.- Identify new programs to onboard and integrate.- Present concepts, designs, program updates and roadmap to senior leadership on a frequent basis.
- 50% travel based on business needsA day in the life
You will be working with multiple stakeholders to drive key process improvement initiatives. Your daily activities will include participating the calls, creating business reports, focusing on designing and deploying the new process or feature.

- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies and storage solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field
- Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment
- Experience managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects, implementing automated equipment and/or integrated systems
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
