   looking for results-oriented Sales Manager . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires frequent frontal meetings with clients,  strong interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. 10
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct frontal meetings with clients to present and demonstrate our services, addressing their needs and objections.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
