Our product managers work with partners to design strategies, execute go to market campaigns and implement the IBM tools required to successfully sell IBM Cloud with these partners.
The PMs work with partners to define business models and contractual structures that describe the different relationships between the partners and IBM
- Create and maintain relationship with partners, in particular ISV and resellers
- Guide partners through the contractual and onboarding process
- Enable partners on the benefits of IBM Cloud and the IBM Cloud Ecosystem
- Define business models and go to market strategies with partners
- Support partners in the definition and renegotiations of custom agreements
- Advocate for partners with key IBM stakeholders (sales teams, product managers, leadership, process and tool owners)
- Lead improvements in the IBM Cloud Platform that will benefit partners
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Working knowledge of IBM Cloud
- Familiarity with SaaS business models
- Experience in managing partners and clients
- Experience with IBM partnership models and processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional processes with a structured approach
- Communication skills and client/partner focused mentality
