As part of this dynamic team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers maximize the value of our email security solution, Avanan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a seamless post-sale onboarding process, transitioning the Avanan platform into production while providing initial training to customers.
  • Assist and track customers with the ongoing deployment and usage of Avanan’s products and services.
  • Author and contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides to support customers.
  • Lead crisis and incident response efforts, coordinating with the account team, technical support, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions, while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain customer support channels, including email, chat, phone, text, social media, and on-site visits (when possible) to review support interactions, system status, major issues, upcoming releases, and other key information.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to measure customer satisfaction and collect feedback to drive improvements across the business.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts (Upsell/Cross-sell) and ensure account renewals.
  • Act as the internal customer advocate, liaising with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) to prioritize field needs and align with the product roadmap.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Internet protocols, such as HTTP, SMTP, DNS, LDAP, and experience with Linux, Office 365, G-Suite.
  • Experience with email security solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven industry experience in customer interaction and support.
  • Technical background in messaging and Internet security principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, hardworking, with a positive attitude; a team player who is flexible yet organized and consistent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP or other cybersecurity certification.
  • Professional proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Team player spirit with a passion for learning something new every day!
