What you'll do
Tasks will include:
- Assist the management team with project coordination, preparation of reports and documents
- Organize appointments, meetings and workshops
- Support our organization as the interface between business and facility management
- Work closely with different stakeholders within SAP Dresden
Working hours per week: 15-20 hours
Duration of employment: 6 months with the option to prolong the engagement
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Location: The team is located in Dresden
- Software skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, SharePoint, Power Point, Teams, and Excel) is a must-have
- Language skills: Excellent command of the German language is a prerequisite (written and verbal), English language skills are beneficial
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Experience with administrative tasks and project management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility, and willingness to learn and explore new things, independent working style, reliability and working on schedule
