In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting the demand of SSYS Finish goods and converting to a balanced operational supply plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead the translation of the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and inventory targets to a formal Demand Plan
  • Work with the plant's supply chain managers to ensure product availability and establish optimized service levels
  • Work with sourcing, manufacturing, and local production plants to implement best-in-class supply processes using the lean methodology and pull mechanisms in the production floors
  • Global Demand & Supply Planning: Orchestrate the timely delivery of spare parts across continents, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and service objectives
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels, implement inventory reduction programs, and analyze backorders to take necessary corrective actions
  • MRP System Management: Manage MRP Planning System and parameters to maintain appropriate inventory levels, analyze MRP plans, and issue replenishment /orders to suppliers
  • Performance Metrics: Develop, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): plan Vs actual in the plants, Availability, Ocean Vs Air , forecast accuracy and Inventory level
  • New Product Introduction: coordinate with CS team to support new product launches

Essential Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • BSc or BA degree in industrial management, around 5 years of experience in a planner role within a multidisciplinary manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of delivering manufacturing plans/schedules and forecasting, and demonstrated evidence of analytical, planning, and execution capabilities
  • Well experienced in materials planning within a multinational organization, running MPS and MRP to execution
  • Experienced in forecasting methods in a very dynamic environment
  • Knowledge in production, logistics, and supply chain models
  • Effective ability to communicate globally using clear and concise oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience developing and implementing KPIs to track goals.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing processes
  • Ability to engage employees from other regions to ensure successful performances
  • High level of English
