As a Field Service Support here at Honeywell BuildingAutomation (BA), you will play a critical role in providing technical supportfor our customers in El Paso. You will be accountable for assisting inperforming equipment maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In thisrole, you will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work outof our El Paso, Texas location. In this role, you will have a significantimpact on the success of our field service operations. You will be accountablefor delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong relationships withcustomers, and contributing to the growth of our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform equipment maintenance
• Provide support to customers on the use of our products
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Live in the El Paso (TX) area,
• Hold a Universal EPA License, R-410 certification and HVAC/Electrician Safety training
