- Develop, implement, and optimize electronic manufacturing systems to enhance production efficiency
- Lead the design, installation, and continuous improvement of automation lines to meet production and quality targets
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing systems and automation lines, ensuring minimal downtime
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships
- Develop and execute strategies for cost-effective sourcing and supply chain management
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for CAPEX projects and ensure budget compliance
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing systems, automation, and supply chain management
- Proven track record in CAPEX sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for manufacturing and supply chain management
