Your role and responsibilities

As a Product Manager within the Product Success Team, you will be responsible for building the infrastructure, content, relationships and GTM execution tied to key partnership engagements like the University of South Carolina. You will be responsible for creating content that shows and demonstrates the value of MAS and the overall ALM strategy. As part of this role, you will be expected to configure MAS applications for purpose-built customer engagements, including data loading and integrations.

You will work with a team of individuals including key Partner contacts, Technical Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Technical Sales, Support and Services to drive ALM Software revenue through a 'show and sell' initiative. The key software you will be supporting in this role is Maximo Application Suite. In addition, TRIRIGA, Environment Intelligence, and Envizi integrations will also be supported.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

· Experience and knowledge of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management, MAS or related EAM type systems

· Involvement in software administration and configuration

· Proven software product demonstration skills

· Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills

· Able to work in a matrix and distributed organization where the people that you work with may be geographically dispersed

Preferred technical and professional experience

· Experience in a pre-sales or consulting services role

· Proven communications skills

· Understanding of competitive analysis
