What you'll do...

Program Estimation:

To assess and identify the resources required for successful completion of the project of small to medium complexity. Identify potential risks for successful completion of the project. Program Definition:

Program Management techniques, tools and frameworks; Benefits analysis; Program Planning tools and techniques.
To define goals, deliverables and schedules for managing small to medium complexity projects in line with the overall strategic objectives. Create accountability matrix for the project under guidance. Business Operations :

Program Monitoring and Control :
Requires knowledge of:
Program Monitoring and Control tools and processes; Internal and External program Reporting and logging tools and processes To monitor and evaluate the progress of the project against approved milestones and timelines. Lead cross-functional and/or pillar coordination meetings, under guidance to review schedule progress, health, issues/risks, and key dependencies. Provide recommendations to bring program health on track in case of adversity. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program currently
• Expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026
• 0-1 years of full-time relevant experience (excludes internship and research-based roles)

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
