What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing hands-on support to customers adopting our technology, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.
  • Collaborating with sales and business development teams to educate prospective customers on the technical value proposition of our products.
  • Assisting customers in understanding the impact of our technology on their existing product ecosystems.
  • Coordinating with global design engineering resources to ensure project milestones are met and customer needs are addressed.
  • Identifying unmet customer needs and proposing innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations for product improvements.
  • System integration : Ensure different software and hardware components work together seamlessly regarding our products.
  • Supporting the engineering manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in design engineering, application engineering, project management, business development, or product management. This is nota software developer role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technologies.
  • Strong mechanical and electromechanical systems knowledge.
  • Experience with 3D printing, printed electronics, pre-and post-sales customer technical support along with CAD/CAM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally 10-20% as needed to support customer engagements and project coordination.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with international project management and coordination.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and practices.
  • PLC based systems background, machine builder or machine learning background help accompanied with system integration.
  • Master's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
