WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Enhance and maintain corporate security posture through effective identity controls.
- Tackle projects and process improvements related to corporate IAM.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of identity platforms and integrated systems.
- Analyze data and develop business cases to inform implementations and the IAM roadmap.
- Partner with leadership and relevant stakeholders to develop KPIs and identity governance strategies and procedures.
- Stay current on technologies used by the company.
- Educate and empower employees on industry best practices to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Participate in developing compliance policies and completing audit-related activities.
- Ensure an excellent experience for administrators and end users alike.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles with at least 2 of those being primarily focused on Okta.
- Experience configuring and maintaining IAM solutions for a variety of IaaS and SaaS applications.
- Experience withworkflow automation platforms andleveragingAPIs to orchestratesystems.
- Musthave deepexpertisewith Okta and Microsoft Entra, with a focus onconfiguring, managing, andoptimizingidentity controls.
- Experience in integrating andoptimizingenterprise applications like Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Proficiencyin a scripting language (python) for automating tasks is a bonus.
