Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Software Developer you’ll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Your primary responsibilities include:
• Envision, design, and build the Software infrastructure that keeps the solutions running (.NET)
• Challenge ideas, identify problems and create efficient solutions.
• Develop flexible, maintainable, and scalable application components.
• Collaborate with development peers and lead the way staying up to date with tools and technology trends.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experienced developer profile with demonstrated experience in developing AI solutions.
  In-depth knowledge of the C# language, Generative AI technologies, and the banking industry.
  Ability to quickly grasp new subjects and rapidly develop new skills.
  Adaptability, proactivity, initiative-taking, and problem-solving.
  Strong writing and speaking skills: synthesis, reports, and presentations.
  Meticulous and thorough follow-up, with constant communication on project progress.
  Ability to lead meetings and workshops with users of the developed solutions.
  Fluent in French and English.
