

You will:
Enterprise AI Advisory : Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders, guiding AI adoption strategies that unlock innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Use AI Innovation Facilities to co-create and showcase real-world use cases that accelerate adoption.
Ecosystem Development : Build and expand an ecosystem of partners—technology providers, system integrators, universities, and government agencies—to deliver integrated solutions tailored for Malaysian enterprises.
Strategic Alliances : Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with global and local partners, driving shared pipeline growth and customer impact.
Economic Development Engagement : Collaborate with EDZ authorities, investors, and policy stakeholders to attract, enable, and expand data center and AI-related investments in Malaysia. Drive engagement with anchor tenants, hyperscalers, and enterprises that will shape the next wave of digital infrastructure growth.
Transformational Sales Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, embedding a culture of advisory engagement, customer success, and ecosystem-first collaboration.
Market Growth Strategy : Anticipate industry shifts and position AI-enabled solutions and infrastructure opportunities that align with Malaysia’s digital transformation agenda.
Revenue & Partnership Impact : Deliver annual enterprise revenue targets, expand partner-led sales contribution, and measure impact through adoption rates, partner co-sell opportunities, and enterprise transformation outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in enterprise sales leadership within AI, digital transformation, cloud, or advanced technology solutions.
Strong track record of developing ecosystem partnerships and alliances that drive measurable enterprise outcomes.
Experience in data center, digital infrastructure, or AI investment-linked projects, ideally with exposure to Economic Development Zones or government-led initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite leaders, policymakers, and investors as a trusted partner and advisor.
Developmental leadership style, with proven success in coaching and elevating teams and strategic thinker with strong execution skills; able to balance long-term transformation with short-term performance goals.
