- Responsible for complete P&L - Revenues and Profitability of the Business
- Developing and Driving Business Strategy & Roadmap
- Product Development, Pricing & Strategy
- Developing and Driving Channel Strategy (across TT, MT, E-com, other Emerging channels)
- P&L, Cost Management and Financial Operations
As Marketing Head
- Marketing strategy and planning
- Brand Management: Positioning, communication etc.
- ATL/BTL
- Expert on insights/value propositions/ Digital
- Product Portfolio Management
- Driving Business (P&L) & Local for Local
You're likely the right fit for the role if you possess
- 12+ years of overall work experience out of which 2-4 years in a leadership role is a must
- M.B.A. from a premier B-School
- Strong marketing exposure with large Consumer Durable/FMCG organizations (exposure to both ATL & BTL and DIGITAL is preferable)
- Prior P&L responsibility for a business is a must
- Experience in Brand/Portfolio development & activation (upstream & downstream marketing)
- Expertise in Marketing across diverse channels (Including Digital)
- Experience / Worked in Matrix reporting set up
- Working with diverse/multiple category teams across geographies
- Excellent people, interpersonal & influencing skill
