Key job responsibilities
Ensure inventory accuracy across assigned program by implementing inventory controls and replenishment processes
Develop and execute effective cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy
Investigate inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actionsDesign and deploy streamlined inventory management workflows, leveraging system automation where possible
Create and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for inventory-related activities
Support the implementation of inventory management system upgrades and enhancements
Contribute to cross-functional projects related to engineering changes, master data management, and supply chain improvements
Provide analytical reports and actionable insights to senior leadership
* 1 year of professional experience in inventory management, manufacturing, or supply chain
* Expertise in inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and optimization
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills
* Proficient in supply chain management tools and technologies
* Proficient in SQL and data visualization to drive key insights (Tableau, Power BI)
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of professional experience in inventory management, manufacturing, or supply chain
* Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
* Experience with SAP S4/HANA and Kinaxis
* APICS Certification CPIM or CSCP
* Strong background in change management and driving system automation
* Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
* Master's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or a related field
