- OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, finance, business, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, finance, business, or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 2+ years experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources, finance, business, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) project management experience.
- 1+ year(s) compensation program design experience.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, high proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI
