.Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience creating research/analytics programs through internally built tools or vendor relationships.
- 10 years of experience leading an applied-research team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Management, Data Science).
- 12 years of experience in creating research products, in integrating qualitative, quantitative, and external data to provide impactful advice to HR and business leaders.
- Experience in transforming large datasets into compelling narratives through data visualization for professional and executive presentations.
- Ability to serve as a thought leader on the Future of Work, who can shape, direct, and give feedback to a technical team on data analysis and research methods.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for the audience.
