- 5+ years of experience in roles such as external affairs, policy engagement, communications, trust & safety, or nonprofit/academic liaison.
- Demonstrated background in policy, public interest technology, or online safety governance, with experience engaging with the public sector.
- Excellent writing, communication, and relationship-building skills across diverse partner groups.
- Demonstrated track record of coordination and engagement management in medium to large-scale organizations.
- Familiarity with online harms discourse and current global debates in digital governance.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects with flexibility to adaptand find proactive opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to support across multiple time zones and willingness to work outside standard work hours regularly.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or within interdisciplinary teams (e.g., product, legal, policy, research).
- Ability to bring structure to evolving or complex work streams with an excitement to join a new team and support the development of governance procedures and protocols in partnership with others.
