Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead projects in support of Data Governance & Harmonization, coordinating efforts between various US Commercial teams.
• Monitor and track progress towards set aspirations, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each operational stream within Data Governance & Harmonization.
• Adopt a consultant-like approach, capable of spearheading numerous strategic projects and guiding project teams.
• Foster collaboration among key stakeholders throughout the process, including IT, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Marketing Insights, Brand Teams and Forecasting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and provide regular status updates to senior leadership, including comprehensive overviews of milestone and KPI progress, along with explanations for any potential delays or obstacles.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational, analytical, and solution-oriented skills.
• Identify and define stakeholder information needs, translating them into concrete actions.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, influencing senior-level counterparts and maintaining multiple internal relationships across all organizational tiers.
• Define and execute Change Management strategies, including regular stakeholder engagement and surveys.
• Identify appropriate interventions in alignment with Commercial Operations & Analytics, IT, and Communications.
• Support the implementation of Change Management measures.


Your experience and qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Project Management certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years in project management, project coordination or other relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare industry.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sets (IQVIA, Symphony, Secondary data pull), data governance, and data catalog tools strongly preferred.
• Experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences including Senior Leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tool (Tableau).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Established proficiency in devising and executing project plans, change management plans, adhering to deliverable timetables, and proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and challenges.
• Adeptness in framing problem statements, managing projects within stringent timelines, and fostering effective teamwork.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry commercial regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven individual with aspirations to streamline operational methodologies.
• Focused on well-structured workflows and adherence to processes.
