To oversee digital and analytics functions within wholesale team
Key Responsibilities:
Functional:
To establish strong relationship with key customer’s decision makers and make the Company their preferred partners.
To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices the Field Sales business segment.
To motivate sales team. Allocate resources, negotiate, implementation and tracking of action plans.
To ensure a win-win when negotiating trade term for both adidas and field sales customers.
To ensure reliable and efficient supply of products to customers. Effectively respond to customer’s needs & requests while minimizing the customer complaints.
To pursue additional business opportunities by supporting his/ her team and apply a strategic mid-long term approach within the accounts.
To internally represent the assigned field and key account towards all functions and vice versa. Manage all interfaces
By frequently addressing the main account requirements across functions
By proactively coordinating/ facilitating meetings with other functions and accounts
To develop the field and key accounts strategies
To ensure quarterly updates of strategic account initiatives
To present strategic initiatives for local management team
To establish regular account visit schedule
To sell-in and agree on sell-through support
Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions
To continue monitoring the sell-through and the order book as well as reliable and cost efficient supply for the field and key accounts
By proactively facilitating meeting/business reviews with designated operations team and Customer Service
To conduct and share sell-through information from account
Controlling:
To measure progress on assigned account’s KPIs
To monitor and report the market trends and competitors in the area
To provide realistic business plans and forecasts that are aligned with the company’s longer range plan
To monitor trade inventory and propose action plans from delivery to sell-out
Key Relationships:
External - Key Account buyers and marketing team; Field account management, B2B
Internal – OMNI channel marketing; Brand marketing, Visual Merchandising

Pre-requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Professional Background/Experience:
Functional: Preferably 3 years in Sales or KA Management
Industry: Apparel/ fashion/ Footwear or FMCG
Leadership: Good leadership skill
Exposure: Sports, marketing, account management
Education:
University degree in Business with sales/commercial focus
