Resolve basic to moderately complex end user problems, escalating as needed
Work with engineering and/or applications development area(s) to resolve more complex issues
Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties
Operate and monitor console systems and equipment such as printers, disk drives and tape readers
Maintain records and production reports
Provide informal technical assistance / training to new team members
Select appropriate procedures to resolve various issues
Exchange moderately complex information within team and with others
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of prior work experience in a related field
Demonstrated technical knowledge
Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
