- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of software engineering experience building and working with systems in a technology organization
- 10 years of experience in applying forecasting, optimization, and supply chain management to solve problems
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing and implementing large-scale demand and capacity planning systems
- Experience with enterprise programs and cloud technologies
- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and tooling
- Experience with inter-team and cross-functional leadership
- Technical expertise in forecasting, optimization, and supply chain management
- Understanding of technical trends and ability to adapt to new technologies to improve demand and capacity planning processes
