What will you do:

• Provide technical support to Red Hat enterprise customers

• Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop solutions to technical issues

• Troubleshoot & solve issues related to Red Hat Subscription Management and Red Hat Satellite

• Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service

• Report product bugs and provide the necessary steps to reproduce them

• Consult and develop relationships with in-house engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction

• Contribute to the global Red Hat knowledge management system while working on customer issues

What will you bring:

• 6+ years of Linux experience in the enterprise sector, with excellent administration skills

• Thorough knowledge of Fedora/Red Hat Enterprise Linux Package Management

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for problem-solving and investigation

• Ability to work with conflicting priorities, take initiative, and maintain a customer-centric focus

Is considered a big plus:

• Satellite experience

• Provisioning experience.

• Scripting and Ansible experience

• Upstream Foreman. Familiarity with Pulp3
