Requirements- 2+ years experience in a technical support role in customer service
- Strong English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Versatile, self-motivated, can offer creative solutions and a fast learner with a curious mind
- Somebody who is comfortable to challenge the status quo and take ownership of driving change initiatives
- An expressive and descriptive writer
- Demonstrated experience in video creation, video editing with experience using third party plugins and assets to create content
