About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting and driving sustained growth across the region, including GTM strategy & Strategic Initiatives. In addition to partnering with our internal U4B team (Sales, Finance, Operations), you will also be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives with the broader Uber organization, including regional and local Mobility and Delivery Ops.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Regional Planning: Driving Regional Annual Financial planning together with Finance. Setting Regional Priority and GTM strategy together with the Regional General Manager and the Regional Leadership team. Sizing and prioritization of investment choices.
  • Program Management: Spearheading some of the most critical initiatives across US & Canada, working cross-functionally with Operations and GTM teams, e.g. working with regional Operations teams on unlocking new use cases and business opportunities for Uber for Business.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Monthly report on Business Performance to the Global Leadership as well as deep dive analysis.
  • Acting as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the Regional General Manager of US & Canada

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience from top-tier Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or relevant experience in Tech (Strategy, Strategic Finance, and/or Operations role).
  • Strong analytical skills: intermediate-to-advanced SQL capabilities (or proven ability to learn new coding languages quickly) and experience working with Google Sheets and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong Problem Solving skills, self-starter with a can-do attitude able to see projects through from inception to conclusion with a high degree of independence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive operational improvements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of executing initiatives from planning to results.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
