You will be a technical leader who drives cross-platform build and configuration systems for target platforms across Linux, Android and other propritary OSes. You also contribute core framework software, such as those that manage IPC/RPC, lifecycle, event handling, security, and other architectural elements that define how modules coexist in an embedded platform.You will dive into an ambiguous problem spaces and meticulously distill out design choices, trade-offs, and priorities. You are data and metric driven, and obsessively concerned about performance in under resource-constrained environments. You love to share best practices, influence and align teams, and be a technical ambassador for software reuse across the wider Amazon organization.

You will be a part of an agile development team following innovative best practices in software development where you’ll write code, as well as work on technical designs and architecture. We are building the foundation of app development experiences, enabling you to interact with product teams to gather requirements, support feasibility analysis and to provide technical solutions that are required in defining our next generation products. - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
