- Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, controls, water chemistry, generators, mechanical, or other similar technical domain.
- 3 years of experience in a data center or facilities environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Reliability Engineering.
- Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance and in engineering.
- Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way.
