Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management or driving programs.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
- Experience leading projects through the Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC), system integration, or system infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing business strategy translated into execution roadmaps.
- Knowledge of the relationship between the organization and its environment, identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and respond to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
- Excellent people management skills, with experience developing team capabilities.
