About You
- 5+ years experience as a global mobility professional with a strongly established network.
- Held management responsibilities either within an in-house global mobility function or global mobility service provider.
- Experienced user of global mobility management software.
- Ability to act and think quickly and demonstrate offerings (e.g. technology demonstrations) to our clients
- Strong technical skills and a desire to develop further.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strategic and commercial awareness of broader business issues.
- Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work.
- Strong team player with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing consistently high levels of client service.
- Lead implementation and on-boarding of new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of ongoing mobility services to our clients, with a focus on quality and exceeding expectations.
- Leading both on-shore and off-shore teams, continually making recommendations for improvement.
- Bringing creative and innovation solutions for new Go to Market ideas for our existing clients and targets.
- Build on existing relationships and build new ones (internal and external) to identify mobility opportunities.
- Challenging the status-quo: demonstrate and lead our clients in new directions.
- Project manage on our exciting mobility transformation opportunities considering different ways of delivery to our clients.
- Utilisation of technology solutions to enhance the value of what we deliver to our clients.
- Contribute to maximizing value for both EY and clients while managing risk appropriately.
- Develop and counsel junior team members, making key decisions that affect the team.
- Shape the future of the practice by expanding the breadth and depth of services offered to clients through advancements in technology and regulatory developments.

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $108,900 to $199,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $130,700 to $226,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
