What you'll do:
- Lead and Mentor: Oversee a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
- Technical Leadership: Drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for ecommerce product support and SRE. This includes:
- Modernizing support infrastructure (e.g., processes, knowledge bases, chatbots)
- Implementing robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
- Automating routine tasks and improving operational efficiency
- Enhancing system performance, scalability, and availability
- Customer Focus: Prioritize customer experience in all aspects of product support and SRE.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, etc) to achieve shared goals.
- Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry best practices in ecommerce, support, and SRE
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineering Manager or a similar leadership role in an ecommerce environment.
Strong technical expertise in relevant areas, including:
- Cloud computing platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), Kubernetes
- SRE, DevOps principles and practices
- Microservices architecture
- Data analysis and visualization
- Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Passion for customer experience and a strong drive to exceed expectations.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
