About the role:Responsible for providing leadership to a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians that directly support production in ADSA (Access & Delivery Solutions Assembly) Business Unit. This role will ensure high level of product & process quality, meeting ISO and regulatory requirements, monitoring Key Performance Indicators and data analysis for Continuous Improvement activities.You will be required to have a sound understanding of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and assist in troubleshooting quality issues as they arise. In addition, you will be expected to partner with other leaders within the organization to develop business strategy and implement quality strategic initiatives and improvements that will meet or exceed internal and external requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provides leadership to champion departmental or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provides direction, coaching, and mentoring to engineering team personnel.
  • Provides technical guidance in identifying and resolving quality issues using engineering essentials and other related problem-solving tools and techniques.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met and to provide solutions to quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Works closely with business partners to establish project priorities
  • Identifies and implements effective systems and process controls supporting the development, qualification, testing, measurement, or ongoing manufacturing of products.
  • Monitors key quality performance indicators of the team and reprioritizes prioject work in order to meet established objectives.
  • Proactively investigates, identifies, and implements best-in-class quality practices.
  • Focuses on continuous improvement by championing value improvement projects (VIP) and lean business practices (LBP).
  • Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with an Engineering or Science background
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality/operations or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct or indirect leadership experience
  • Demonstrated effective change leadership
  • Demonstrated achieving established goals
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish impact and consequences
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding and working knowledge of Medical Device Quality Systems and Regulatory Requirements
  • Experience in Medical Device industry

Maximum Salary: $ 156900

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
