Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Professional II, Network System Technical Support or related occupation in customer engineering and support. Of the 5 years of experience at least 1 year must have included: (1) Troubleshooting, deployment, validation and optimization experience in supporting 5G RAN or Corevirtualization,including OpenStack/OpenShift, cloud & IP Networking technologies; (2) Experience with 3GPP systems, including 4G/5G virtualized RAN or Packet core networks architecture, developing C&I, software upgrade MOPs for new nodes in the commercial networks; (3) Experience in script automation using command-line tools, SQL, Unix, Linux, Python, and shell scripts; and (4) Experience in optimization and performance improvement for the wireless RAN or Packet core technologies.

: 20% domestic travel required.
