Key job responsibilities
1. Capacity Forecasting:* Analyze historical data and current trends to forecast future resource requirements for the growing team.
* Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand upcoming staffing needs and project timelines.
* Develop and maintain capacity models and projections to inform strategic decision-making.
* Create estimated Trainer capacity to deliver against forecast basis on the derived headcount plan along with monthly recompilation of training numbers.
2. Data Analysis:* Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to resource utilization, project demand, and workforce trends.
* Develop models and algorithms to forecast capacity requirements based on historical data and future projections.
* Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to assist the leadership in taking informed capacity planning decisions.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
