We are seeking a to lead, design, build, and manage processes to support and optimize our revenue-generating functions. This role is critical in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the
VP of Sales

Sales & Revenue Enablement

  • Design, build and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting to support revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales to implement strategies for quota attainment and performance tracking.
  • Manage and enhance CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to improve data integrity, reporting, and automation.
  • Develop and implement scalable workflows for lead management, deal progression, and renewals.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Own revenue-related reporting, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics (win rates, conversion rates, cycle times) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular pipeline and revenue forecasting reports to sales and leadership teams.
  • Monitor key SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn) and provide actionable recommendations.

Process & Technology Optimization

  • Streamline and enhance revenue operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and manage tech stack (CRM, sales engagement tools, analytics platforms) to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure seamless integration between sales, marketing, and customer success platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with marketing to track lead generation effectiveness and attribution models.
  • Support customer success teams with data-driven insights for improving retention and expansion.
  • Act as a strategic partner to finance on revenue forecasting, pricing models, and compensation structures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A proven track record of building revenue operations processes from scratch.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and revenue analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in the maritime, logistics, or AI-driven industries is a plus.
