Key Account Manager Companion Animal Health Metro Manila

Your primary responsibilities as Key Account Manager will be the engagement and development of Key Accounts by formulating strategies aligned with the Sales, Technical and Marketing thrusts of the business. You will develop, implementing and execute strategic marketing plans in line with business objectives and manage the marketing budget. Your role will be field based in Metro Manila. Selling into veterinarians. Stand alone role. No OTC. Key accounts in Metro Manila.What You Will Do


• Develop and implement strategic business plan for existing key accounts.
• Establish solid relationships with key customers and partners.
• Conduct regular visits with major stakeholders
• Ensuring achievement of sales targets and manage your allocated marketing budget.
• Identify key opportunities to pursue in emerging key accounts by understanding underlying issues/challenges and align how best the company can satisfy their needs.
• Deliver our offering to key accounts and distinguish our offering from competition.
• Provides input to the formulation of plans, strategies and tactics to meet market share/evolution index targets.
• Develop and implement customized sales promotions/marketing programs in targeted key accounts to achieve desired market share.
• Evaluate effectiveness of marketing plans and provide suggestion/guidance on how best to improve them.
• Suggest and feed into cross- functional team activities.
• Update internal partners on area business needs, sharing information on ongoing projects.
• Assists in the conduct of background investigations on prospective dealers and customers.

What You Must have

Possessing a strong track record in sales and key account management, ideally you are a licensed vet with Companion Animal experience. However, sales professionals from similar industries such as Human Health should also apply.

You have

• The ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customer.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience in Marketing and Promotions.
• Excellent English and Filipino Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.
• Sales Planning and Business Analytics experience.
