Reporting to the
What a typical day looks like:
- Assist Engineering Team with meeting site production objectives
- Reviewing documentation, CAD drawings and reporting finding to team
- Monitoring bottlenecks and making recommendations to management
- Attend team meetings and support project work as needed
Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:
- Sophomore/Junior student pursuingMechanical/IndustrialEngineering major
- CAD tools/(Solidworks) experience
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis
- Lean/Six Sigma helpful
- Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment
- Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
- Previous internship experience a plus!
Internship Program Requirements:
- Available to work 40 hours/week (in person) for a 10-12 week Summer assignment
- Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 GPA
