Description
As part of our innovative and energetic fitness technologies group, we are seeking a dynamic, highly organized writer for Apple Fitness+ who can produce written and scripted content to encourage users to get and stay active and focus on their wellbeing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Top-notch writing and editing skills.
- 5+ years writing and editing original copy. Focus on and experience with fitness, and wellness writing and scripting an asset.
- Ability to collaborate across a wide variety of teams to ensure that our creative vision is realized in the copy we produce. This position plays a meaningful role in evolving our overall voice and tone to inspire Fitness+ users.
- Excellent communication, cross-group collaboration, and planning skills with precise attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing with accelerated timelines and shifting deliverables—while being able to prioritize, communicate tradeoffs, and keep teams on track.
- Experience following and contributing to a style guide.
- Ability to be self-directed as well as collaborate with other writers and teams on deliverables that represent a single, cohesive voice.
- Flexibility in writing style and an ability to implement feedback and editing notes from multiple sources.
- Ability to successfully coordinate, prioritize, and run multiple projects simultaneously and under deadline.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,400 and $202,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
