What you'll do
- Support our communication activities:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events (virtual and in-person)
- Prepare and share social media posts and other content
- Update websites using our content management system
- Edit and publish videos
- Help develop and maintain communication reporting and statistics
- Support other team members on ad-hoc projects as needed
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Marketing & Communication, Business Administration, Design, Languages, Social Sciences – interdisciplinary studies welcome!
- Soft skills:
- Good self-organization skills (you’ll be treated as a fully integrated team member)
- Good communication skills to be able to interact with diverse project teams / stakeholders
- Pro-active character and reliable in delivering results
- Language skills: fluent in German, good knowledge of English
- Others:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Good understanding of social media (LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
- Knowledge of web design, layout, video production etc. is a plus
- Strong communication, editorial and writing skills (photo/video/text) are a plus
