Lead policy updates and monitor adherence and interpretation of the policies and act as the liaison with Legal for policy updates and questions.
Lead process and procedure enhancements and changes and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage cases escalated from internal and external parties.
Lead training and mentoring of all travel related processes and staffing.
Lead vendor relationship management with the relocation vendor including collaboration with the procurement, receivables, payables, HR, Finance, and all vendor partners.
Lead extended travel program including RITA calculations and processing.
Lead efforts with Information Technology, Project Cost Teams and Project Analysts to ensure proper allocation and posting of costs to drive accuracy in budget and funding reporting.
Lead partnering with compliance and internal/external auditors to ensure our existence and effectiveness of internal controls and best practices.
You Must Have
Bachelors degree and 7 years of relevant experience .
United States Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).
