What You’ll Do
- Build out new strategies that advance our approach to performance marketing.
- Understand the broader business trends and priorities to align our strategic approach and resource allocation.
- Communicate and drive alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work closely with Channel managers to experiment and implement new strategies.
- Drive the planning and product management elements for strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Self-directed: Highly-proactive, organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects at the same time.
- Problem solver: Never hesitates to dive right in and address something hands-on, persevering and finding solutions.
- Clear communicator: Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to synthesize complex ideas and deliver a clear narrative to a variety of audiences.
- Organizer and planner : Demonstrated ability to create and implement new processes.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$135,000 per year - USD$150,000 per year.
