We will look for your leadership expertise to oversee the existing transportation alternative delivery portfolio while demonstrating strong managerial skills in the areas of alternative delivery, P3 and traditional design-bid-build. You will have the opportunity to support, develop and manage scopes of service and the delivery of quality transportation projects on-time, within budget and ensuring the satisfaction of the client’s goals and needs are met. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of local marketing and business development opportunities, research and track future projects, initiate and review proposals and participate in interviews and presentations.
This position reports directly to the Highway/Bridge Department Manager for the overall Performance Unit and could be located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Baltimore, Maryland.
